- Minimum stay: 2 nights.
- Prices include: bed linen and towels, electricity, water, heathing, wifi connection, satellite TV, use of the swimming pool and of of bbq facilities, parking inside the property with authomatic gate, final cleaning. Clients who stay at least 7 nights : house cleaning and towels changing twice a week and linen changing once a week.
- Additional services (extra charge): use of the washing machine in the common loundry, extra linen and towels, additional cleanings.
- Children up to 2 years old don’t pay if they sleep in the parents’ bed.
- Animals are accepted (small-medium size); extra charge for each animal: € 5 per night.
- Extra discounts for long stays.
- Down payment 30% of the total is requested (to be sent at the moment of the reservation); the rest has to be payed on arrival.
- Tourist accomodation tax: €1,50 per person per night (up to 21 nights); children under 10 don’t pay for it.
